  • Incident and contingency management (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
  • Monthly reports.
  • Invoice reception and basic document management.
  • Property preparation prior to the owner’s arrival.

  • Vehicle management: monthly checks, roadworthiness inspection (ITV), and pre-arrival cleaning.
  • Coordination of minor renovations (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.): selection of professionals, request for quotations, and project supervision.
  • Holiday rental management: liaison with national and international agencies, pre- and post-season preparation, 7-day-a-week service, check-in/check-out, welcome packs, etc.
